Tracking emails and attachments sent directly from connected mailboxes

It would be great if user.com allowed us to track openings of emails sent directly from connected inboxes. It would also be helpful to track how people interact with the files we attach - whether they open those documents, how deep they scroll and what they click). HubSpot offers such features thanks to a Gmail plugin.
