Notify in the message when an attachment has been removed

Issue

When an incoming file attachment is removed as per the settings (/settings/allowed-file-types/), there is no notification at all that the email contained an attachment. This makes it very confusing for the support agent that sometimes has no idea that the customer has sent an attachment.

Solution

Add a notification in the incoming message that the email contained an attachment, but was removed due to the allowed file type settings.
