I agree with Tomek. Without tracking webhook events (soft and hard bounces in this case), we would waste time and resources on sending emails to invalid or inactive recipients, which could hurt our reputation and deliverability.

Implementing functionality to track the occurrences of "webhook" events is crucial for various reasons. Including the need to exclude inactive recipients from email marketing campaigns. This lays the foundation for counting webhook events and enables the handling of multiple automation related to campaign optimization and newsletter subscriber hygiene etc. I am pretty sure that this feature is some kind of basic and on the other hand it would be important one for any business using user.com platform.
