Add articles view count report and source

Feature Request

At present we have zero clue which articles clients are looking at. Can you create an article viewed report with ability to choose date range and filter (sort) columns and shows the following.

Article title

View count

Views via chat widget

Views via external page.

We cant really a good UX if we se none of this date

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for this post. It is certainly for consideration and we will analyze what the presentation of such data for the Knowledge Base module would finally look like.
