API request to Get users by list for Nick from Educations.com

Feature Request

Currently, there is no such endpoint and clients need to tag users in the list to Get users by tag.

    It could work similar to:
    GET /tags/:id/users/
    so:
    GET /lists/:is/users/

    unsubscribe_id
    name
    or
    id part of unsubscribe ID could be treated as unique ID
