"New conversation" trigger

There is no possibility to trigger some chat-bot flow when the user begins a new conversation. (Tigger "conversation state change > open" doesn't work for the new conversation). That makes our czat-bot superhard to implement if we want to create some scenarios automatically assigning new conversations to some agents with chat-bot asking "please choose a topic".

It would be great to add a new trigger "New conversation" or at least an event on click in the "New conversation" button in chat widget.
