New Filter Selection: Last Email Opened

Proposition: To improve deliverability for guests: the ability to filter those who haven't opened an email (1) ever (2) in the last x days (3) over the last x emails sent. Some of our subscribers seem to be inactive, and we're looking to sustain high email deliverability.
