Send email before email quota runs out

Warn account admins through an email before the email quota runs out, e.g. when the email quota runs under a specific number, e.g. 10,000.

What happens now:

Admins are notified only after the emails run out, and only through a fleeting notification in the app. This means that drip campaigns and other important email campaigns are already failing. Also, if the admin does not visit the user.com dashboard, they not see the notifications, meaning the email campaigns still continue not sending until they do, which could be days or even weeks.

What should happen instead:

Send an email instead to notify the admin of the important problem. Send the email before the problem occurs so that the admin has time to resolve it before affecting the campaigns.

Alternatively:

We currently have a fixed email quota of 4 emails/user/month. If our email campaigns are such that we know that they will send more than 4 emails to each user/month, why not allow accounts to adjust the email quota, for a fixed fee on the monthly subscription?
