Social proofs with user.com

Would be nice if user.com could help with showing social proof popups / bars, especially for ecommerce.

All the data is already gathered by app - we need only first name, city & product name to be able to show proper messages.

Social proof messages could be created in a similar way as popup's with some dynamic variables inside.

Then, using it I see with an action block in automation creator with following setup:

• event filter -> to choose proper event like "purchase" or "reservation" etc.

• product filter -> which product may appear in social proof (filter by category, product type, price etc.)

• time range -> how far we search for event occurrence in the past

• minimum events count -> would ensure social proof will not show with only 1 and all the time the same event instance (name, city)

• template -> created earlier template of social proof (similar way like choosing popup to show)

Then app should randomly choose one of the events that fit in, and inject dynamic values like first_name, city, product_name into social proof template.

Of course if there is no events that pass all the conditions, message would not show at all, so the block could have to path out:

• on show

• on fail to show (no events according to filters)
