Timing - max x times per day

Let's say an automation A counts the occurrence of a page visit event. Then, when the number of occurrences reaches x, we assign the tag to the user. After assigning the tag, the automation B, that displays a pop-up, starts.

Due to the fact that the pop-up is supposed to be displayed once, automation B has the timing set to "max once" or "max once per day".

Despite the fact that we have disabled automation B for the user, automation A still counts the occurrence of the page view event.

We would also like to exclude the user from automation A, e.g. after 10 entries into automation in 1 day.

Also, timing "max x times per user" and "not more often than x times in x days/hours/minutes" would be great - making it more flexible to use.

Timing "not more often than" will not work in this case, because user might have more than 1 occurence of event in 1 minute.

This solution will offload the application.
