Tracking emails and attachments sent directly from connected mailboxes

Feature Request

It would be great if user.com allowed us to track openings of emails sent directly from connected inboxes. It would also be helpful to track how people interact with the files we attach - whether they open those documents, how deep they scroll and what they click). HubSpot offers such features thanks to a Gmail plugin.

    Hi Katarzyna,

    Thank you for your feedback. We do not send emails by using IMAP (connected inboxes). We only receive them this way. Clicks and openings are counted only if the email is sent from our email campaign module.

    There is no possibility to track scrolling through PDF files in the email client.
    We are only able to check if someone clicks on this PDF.
