the message window in Inbox is too small and not resizable. We can't see the whole text and when we try to select a part of the text (to add a link, italicize it, and so on) it scrolls really fast.

Due to the fact that the pop-up is supposed to be displayed once, automation B has the timing set to "max once" or "max once per day".

Despite the fact that we have disabled automation B for the user, automation A still counts the occurrence of the page view event.

We would also like to exclude the user from automation A, e.g. after 10 entries into automation in 1 day.

Also, timing "max x times per user" and "not more often than x times in x days/hours/minutes" would be great - making it more flexible to use.

Timing "not more often than" will not work in this case, because user might have more than 1 occurence of event in 1 minute.

This solution will offload the application.

These kind of notes are assigned to the user directly, so they show up in all conversations assigned to this user. "Conversation notes" will be assigned to the specific chat threads. Hi guys, we definitely need some super simple agent rating widget urgently, like a 5 stars rating system after each chat ends. Something like that would be great to determine which agent performs the best and vice versa. Would be great if it comes with some sorting/filtering system in the report section like, click on the agent name - select a timeframe - select all 1-star rating conversations - URLs to these conversations appear. But it cannot translate Title / Description / Search Placeholder / Categories Description / Meta Description when you change language. Add a testing environment for automations.It can be very tedious work to change an automation on a live production site. For instance if using multiple chat bot automations. One for new customers, one for returning customers, one for paying customers etc.If one wants to test the logic of a specific module in an automation, this can be very time consuming. As of now, to test automations, one needs to create special filters to only pass through a specific user or IP address. It would be VERY handy to have a test environment / staging site to test automations on the fly.

There is no possibility to trigger some chat-bot flow when the user begins a new conversation. (Tigger "conversation state change &gt; open" doesn't work for the new conversation). That makes our czat-bot superhard to implement if we want to create some scenarios automatically assigning new conversations to some agents with chat-bot asking "please choose a topic". It would be great to add a new trigger "New conversation" or at least an event on click in the "New conversation" button in chat widget.

Problem: When the quota for media storage is full, all sort of bad things happen.<ul><li>Attachments from customers are just silently removed (no trace of there even being an attachment). This causes a LOT of confusion.</li><li>Can't upload new images to pop ups, emails etc</li><li>The only notification received that the media storage is full is to the app owner, in the small notification ring bell icon (where ALL notifications end up, so very easy to miss).</li><li>In the media section (/files), you can't sort on size to remove the biggest ones.</li><li>In the media section, you can't see where the media belongs. All those advanced filters from the Deals should be available on the Activities. It should be possible to filter for certain tags (as activities have tags) and date creation etc. It will make it easier to organise your Activitiy log.

Add the ability to add a custom subject line for unread chat messages. This subject line will not be shown when the message is displayed as a chat (if not acting as a header, which would also work), but it would be shown for the majority of customers that are not on site when the chat message is sent and will get the unread chat message as an email.As of now, there is only the ability to change the default subject line for all unread chat messages.But if one creates a chat and sends it to all customers, there should be an option to set a custom subject line for that specific chat message which would override the default subject line for that unread chat email. A lot of our tickets come through from an account manager forwarding something that a customer has sent them. But normally the previous email thread and any attachments does not pull through into the ticketing system, which makes it very difficult for us to reply. UTM-y pozwalają nam mierzyć konwersję w GA i dzięki nim wiemy z jakiej konkretnie kampanii odnotowujemy zakupy itd. Na ten moment zdecydowanie mi tego brakuje. Już po zaplanowaniu wysyłki nie mamy tego w podglądzie, więc nie mamy możliwości sprawdzenia tego. :)
