New Features

New interface languages: Italian, Spanish, German

The platform is now available in three new languages. Change the language in your account settings (Team member settings → Language).

One-click campaign editing

Clicking a campaign name in draft mode opens it directly for editing. Applies to all types: email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Push, Mobile Push, In-App, Wallet.

Automatic message naming

Messages in campaigns (email, SMS, push) automatically take the campaign name when created or copied.

Improvements

Campaigns — Description moved to the right place

The campaign description field is now in the rename window (next to the Name field), instead of a separate change type window.

Speed & Performance

Faster loading of segment lists

Contacts and the email campaign editor now load segment lists much faster thanks to pagination. Most noticeable with large databases.

Email creator - Instant opening

The email editor now opens immediately, without waiting for all data to load.

Filters - Smooth operation with large lists

Selectors in filters (e.g., companies, segments) operate more smoothly with a large number of records.

Bug Fixes

• Data Calculated attribute results were not displaying in the interface even though the backend returned the data. Fixed.

• Attributes After searching for company, product, or deal attributes, the Edit/Delete options became unavailable. Fixed. Attribute descriptions appear again on hover.

• Email campaigns Unable to select the recipient type in the Recipients step. Clicking the month and year in the date picker didn't work. Both bugs fixed.

• Web Push campaigns The error message for an invalid message URL is now more precise (informs about the missing https://).

• Deal Forms The "required field" validation didn't disappear after selecting a valid value. Fixed.

• Loyalty Acquiring points Updating a rule associated with a loyalty tier resulted in an error. Fixed.

• Website Events Tracker Missing Update button for existing trackers. Fixed.

• Pop-ups The "New pop-up" button in the Statistics tab didn't open templates. Fixed. The ability to rename has been restored in the pop-up code editor.

• Chat widget Closing widget settings redirected incorrectly in the navigation. Fixed.

• Tickets The deals list did not display in the ticket profile view, although it was visible in the forms. Fixed.

• Automations Standardized naming: "Snippet tags" → "Dynamic content" across all modules.

• Account settings Saving a new interface language no longer prompts for confirmation when closing the window (false "are you sure you want to leave?" message). Fixed.

• SMS STOP mechanism - allowing to add unsubscribe mechanism to sms campaigns

  

Improvements:

• Improving time of sending mobile notifications

• Allowing to add a new domain for Webpush campaigns without typing in a search input (in Webpush prompt creator)

Fixes:

• When mobile inbox is deactivated mobile notifications are no longer sent to the inbox

• Adding entry about entering specific stage when a deal is created (previously an entry was added only on stage changes)

• Chatping updating properly provided attributes even if one of the attributes has wrong format with unified authentication on.

Improvements:

• Displaying information that someone is typing instead of actual message before message is sent in Inbox.

• Recalculating recipients based on filtering conditions just before sending the email campaign. (Previously, recipients were fixed after a campaign creation)

• Added default filtering by given mobile pass for recipients in Mobile Wallet campaign.

Fixes:

• Properly ordering email campaigns by clicks and openings in list view

• Fixing filtering Users in the People section with True for multiple filters in a certain deal condition turned on (it didn’t return users even if it should)
